How we work
The general terms of service of Fotatour
- All tours, excursions, and transfers are conducted in 4-seater cars or 8-seater minibuses (8 passenger seats) of luxury class with air conditioning.
- Upon the client's request, a different luxury-class vehicle may be provided for shopping tours.
- Guides/drivers provide commentary in English, Spanish or Russian languages. The minimum reservation for an excursion tour is for 1 adults.
- Private tours, shore excursions, and transfers are conducted starting from 1 person, a luxury-class car or a minibus and an experienced guide-driver will be at the client's full disposal.
- All services are guaranteed upon receiving confirmation of the order via phone or email and upon the client's confirmation of the booking.
- Departure from any city on the Catalonia and Barcelona as specified during booking.
- The client's hotel or residence serves as the departure point for the excursion tour, as well as the return point afterward.
- The departure time for the excursion tour is indicated from Barcelona. If you start your excursion tour from any other city on the Catalonia, we will confirm your departure time during booking.
- The departure time for the excursion tour, as well as the return afterward, may vary according to traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Guide Barcelona cannot be held responsible for the delays caused by other clients. Thank you for your understanding.
- The maximum waiting time for clients on the excursion tour is 15 minutes after the official departure time.
- The prices are stated inclusive of all taxes.
- They include fuel, highway tolls, parking fees, and the guide-driver's services.
- Meals and museum entrance fees are not included.
- 50 euros per person for departure on an excursion tour from any city outside Barcelona.
- 30 euros for transfers departing from Barcelona Airport.
- 50 euros for transfers before 7 AM and after 9 PM.
- Individuals: Payment for services by credit card or cash on the day of booking.
- Companies / Travel Agencies / Tour Operators in France: Payment for services via bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice.
- Companies / Travel Agencies / Tour Operators outside France: Payment for services through PayPal or bank transfer upon booking confirmation and availability of seats.
- All customers are required to notify the administration in case of order cancellation via email: dianaexcursii@gmail.com
- or by phone: +34 633 317 440.
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 70% if booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the event.
- All our passengers are insured during transportation.
- The administration is not responsible for clients' personal belongings.
- Guide Barcelona cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions, but will do everything possible to ensure your comfort during any circumstances. We will provide umbrellas in rainy weather.
